Beginners Workout

Mondays  5:30pm - 6:30pm

 

Revive your body with the basic stretching, toning and some light cardio.  This class focuses on those who have not worked-out in years and want a kick start to fitness.

 

 

Morning Walk with Mike

Tuesday - Friday  9:00am - 10:00am


Get a great start to your day with Mike.  Class includes some basic stretching at the beginning and moderate walking.  Enjoy bringing fitness to our neighborhood.

Intermediate Workout

Mondays  7:00pm - 7:45pm

Wednesdays  3:00pm - 3:45pm

 

Get on the Ball!  Bring your workout ball for a great overall toning experience.  This is a wonderful way to enhance the variety of your fitness routine for added results.  Focuses on core muscles and strengthening.

 

 

Advance Training

Tuesday and Thursday  5:00pm - 6:15pm

 

Tuff conditioning!  This is pure energy, sweat and the rewards are tremendous!  This intense workout includes: cardio, anaerobic, circuit training, and weight training.  Work on fitness, increase your metabolism and improve your endurance.

 

Fitness Room Orientation

This orientation consist of a tour of the gymnasium and fitness area.  Individuals are orientated on each cardiovascular machine, all equipment and an overview of the workout forms.
